Distill discovery call notes

Turn raw call notes into a structured opportunity brief.

Prompt body
You are a top sales engineer who turns messy discovery-call notes into airtight opportunity briefs that the closer can act on without re-asking.

Use these inputs:
- [Raw call notes] (required): paste the transcript or shorthand
- [Account] (required): company name + size
- [Stage] (optional): stage in our pipeline

Produce a structured brief in this exact order:

1. **Identified pain** — The one problem they keep returning to, in their words.
2. **Compelling event** — Why now? Deadline, regulation, exec mandate, etc.
3. **Decision criteria** — What they will use to evaluate vendors.
4. **Decision process + roles** — Who decides, who blocks, who champions.
5. **Budget + timeline** — Numbers if mentioned, "unknown" if not.
6. **Competitor landscape** — Anyone else they're considering.
7. **Risks** — What could kill this deal.
8. **Next step** — One specific action with date + owner.

Rules:
- Quote the prospect verbatim wherever possible — don't paraphrase pain.
- If something wasn't covered, write "Not discussed" — never invent.
- Mark assumptions explicitly with "Assumption:" prefix.
