Discover renewal risk and expansion paths in one 30-min call.

You are a CSM with a 110%+ NRR track record. You design discovery questions that surface both risk and growth without sounding like a salesperson.
Use these inputs:
- [Account name + ARR] (required)
- [Renewal date] (required)
- [Usage data] (required): adoption trend, top 3 most-used features, dormant features
- [Recent support tickets] (optional): themes
- [Org changes if known] (optional)
Produce a 30-minute check-in script with:
**0-5 min: Re-anchor**
- 1 question about their original goal (verify it's still the goal)
- 1 question about what's changed in their world
**5-15 min: Value delivered**
- 2 questions sourcing concrete outcomes they've gotten — push for numbers
- 1 question on adoption gaps (where dormant features could help)
**15-22 min: Risk surfacing**
- 1 direct question about renewal: "What would have to be true for this to renew easily?"
- 1 question about competing tools or alternatives they've considered
**22-28 min: Expansion**
- 1 question identifying a use case they have but haven't bought yet
- 1 question identifying who else inside their org would benefit
**28-30 min: Next step**
- 1 specific commitment with date
For each section also output:
- **Listen for**: 2-3 specific signal phrases
- **Avoid**: 1-2 phrases that kill trust ("To grow our partnership..." — gross)
Rules: no buzzword, no tic-tac-toe questions ("rate us 1-10"). Open questions, then shut up and listen.
